ABOUT BBA

Bee's Beauty Academy is an educational safe space that incubates professional growth.

After over a decade of practicing Esthetics and years of developing a beauty team at Bee's Beauty Bar + Spa, Founder, Brittany "Bee" Farr started a purpose journey of teaching and coaching Estheticians in Metro Detroit. Since obtaining her Instructor's license through the State of Michigan in 2022, Bee has been on a mission to EMPOWER Beauty Pros to ELEVATE!

Bee knew the assignment of industry evolution was too BIG for just her to accomplish, so she partnered with three Esthetician trailblazers; Alex, Sydney and Jordan, who work alongside her to serve the BBA student community.

BBA offers, advance training, resources, business coaching + community for Estheticians worldwide.
